Orders & Products

  1. What kind of products do you sell?
    We sell wearable products — including clothing, shoes, chains, watches, and more — for men, women, and kids. Our focus is on items that are simple, stylish, and unique.
  2. Are your products made in Australia?
    No. Kingmatch is a dropshipping store based in Australia. Our products are sourced from trusted international suppliers such as Modalyst and Printful. Orders are shipped directly from these suppliers to your door.
  3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    Orders are usually processed quickly by our suppliers, so we may not be able to cancel or modify an order once it’s placed. If you need help, please contact us at support@kingmatch.com.au as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Do you ship outside Australia?
    Currently, we only ship within Australia. As we grow, we plan to expand internationally.
  2. How long does delivery take?
    Shipping times vary depending on the product and supplier. Most items are delivered within 7–20 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is processed.
  3.  Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
    Since we only ship within Australia at the moment, there are generally no additional customs or import duties. If anything changes, we’ll let you know during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

  1. What’s your return policy?
    We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
  2. Do you offer refunds?
    Yes. If your return is approved (due to damage, defect, or wrong item sent), we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.
  3. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
    Unfortunately, due to the nature of dropshipping, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. We recommend reviewing product descriptions and sizing carefully before purchasing.
