Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the products, shipping destination, and suppliers. Order processing typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Please note that we are a dropshipping store, so some items may ship separately depending on the supplier and location.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Delivery generally takes 12 to 21 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

You may receive your order in multiple packages depending on the items ordered and the suppliers fulfilling your order. Each shipment will include tracking information, where available.

Tracking Information

Some of our suppliers use economy international courier services that may not provide detailed tracking updates. In these cases, the tracking status may show as “processing” until the parcel reaches the final delivery facility.

Limited or No Tracking

For certain items, tracking may be limited or not available. The item is still shipped and in transit. Customers will still receive updates on estimated delivery timeframes.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates vary by product and supplier. If your order is delayed beyond the latest estimated delivery date, we will assist you with a replacement or refund depending on supplier confirmation.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your items are shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

The products you order are dropshipped from a variety of suppliers, and shipments are fulfilled by different carriers, including but not limited to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

Incorrect Address:
Please carefully review your shipping details during checkout. If you realize there is an error, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes to your order details after this time.

Returns and Refunds:
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details on how to request returns or refunds.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Goods:

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with the carrier to initiate a claim or arrange a replacement with our suppliers.

If your order has not arrived and tracking shows no movement, please contact us so we can investigate the issue. If it is deemed lost, we may offer a refund or replacement based on our findings.

We are not responsible for stolen goods after delivery. However, we will assist by filing a claim with our suppliers or carriers. If you believe your item is missing, please check with your neighbors or local post office.
