Refund policy
We aim to give you the best experience at our store, make you find something you love, and satisfy you. If you are not satisfied with our product and will want to return, read on.
We will accept returns only it:
- The products are not use
- The same conditions when it was delivered
- return in its original packaging
- Return 14 days within product delivery
We will not accept returns if:
- The products are use
- Condition is not new as when it was delivered
- Not original packing
- The return process is not follow
To return an item, follow these steps.
- Visit our Contact page and email us to notify us about your return and to receive instructions on how to accept it.
- Package your items securely in the packaging that they were in.
- Please ship your return to the address given when you notify us about your return. Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, but we will refund the money for the items and the shipping fees included in the buying process only.
When we receive your return items, we will let you know if we accept or reject them. If the return is approved, we will return your money to your accounts within 10 days.
To exchange a product for a similar product, visit our contact page and email us. We will only exchange products that are our supplier's fault or cause of damage.
Shipping your Return Products
When you email us to notify us about your return, we will give you the address to mail your products as per the aforementioned return process. As mentioned, you must pay the shipping cost when returning a product. We will refund you your money plus any shipping fees charged only in the buying process, not returning the product.
